„Креди Агрикол България” ЕАД официално става Търговска банка “Виктория” ЕАД след като на 08.08.2014 г. в Търговския регистър e вписано изменението на фирменото наименование на банковата институция.

С Решение № 76 от 22.06.2014 г. на Управителния съвет на БНБ „Креди Агрикол България” ЕАД е поставена под специален надзор за срок от три месеца, като изпълнението на всички задължения на банката е спряно за същия срок на основание чл. 116, ал. 2, т. 2 от Закона за кредитните институции, нейната дейност е ограничена и е постановена забрана да се извършват всички дейности съгласно издадения ѝ лиценз за извършване на банкова дейност.

Българското подразделение на френския финансов гигант става собственост на Корпоративна Търговска банка в началото на годината, а на 7 май БНБ одобри сделката. При финализиранетона сделката е обявено, че малката по активи банка ще продължи да съществува самостоятелно, но под името ТБ „Виктория”. В момента Търговска банка "Виктория" се представлява от квесторите Христина Стамова и Божидар Аршинков.

От банката информират клиентите си, че не е необходимо подписването на анекси или допълнителни споразумения към вече сключените договори, както и че международните номера на откритите банкови сметки и бизнес идентификационния код на ТБ „Виктория” няма да бъдат променяни.
