Днес Софийски градски съд е обявил несъстоятелността на Корпоративна търговска банка. Като начална дата на неплатежоспособност е посочена 6 ноември 2014 г. - датата на отнемате на лиценза на банката.

Посочената от съда дата не съвпада с искането на Българската народна банка фалитът да бъде обявен от 30 септември 2014 г., от когато са одитните доклади, според които капиталът на КТБ е отрицателен.

Съдът постановява обща възбрана и запор върху имуществото на банката и започване на осребряване на активите, включени в масата на несъстоятелността на КТБ. Решението подлежи на незабавно изпълнение от датата на постановяването му, съобщиха от СГС. Може да се обжалва и протестира пред Апелативния съд в седемдневен срок от връчване на препис от същото.

Министърът на финансите Владислав Горанов отбелязва в коментара си пред журналисти в МС,  че започват сложни процедури, които в рамките на съда ще гарантират всичко необходимо, така че откраднатото от КТБ да бъде върнато там и кредиторите на банката - всички вложители, които не са удовлетворени от имуществото в КТБ, в това число и най-големият кредитор - Фондът за гарантиране на влоговете, да бъдат равнопоставени и еднакво удовлетворени.

По думите на финансовия министър има голяма вероятност сегашните временни синдици да бъдат определени за постоянни.  Те ще атакуват пред съда всички сделки след 6 ноември 2014 г., които привилегироват едни кредитори спрямо други или увреждат масата на несъстоятелността.

Информация за изплатени от 4 декември 2014 г. до 17:00 ч. на 21 април 2015 г. гарантирани суми на вложители в Корпоративна търговска банка АД (с отнет лиценз) е публикувана в интернет страницата на Фонда за гарантиране на влоговете в банките. Според тея до края на вчерашния ден 105 820 вложители в КТБ са се разпоредили с гарантираните си влогове в размер на 3 милиарда и 577 милиона лв.
