Проектът на постановление за определяне и актуализиране размера на минималната работна заплата в страната предизвика несъгласие от страна на работодателските организации. Това става ясно от позицията на АИКБ, публикувана вчера в интерент страницата на асоциацията. 

Представителите на бизнеса припомнят, че пренебрегването на становищата на социалните партньори и липсата на консултации, довели до определянето на размерите на МРЗ за 2015 г. едностранно от страна на правителството, са станали причина за намесата на съда, който отмени постановлението на МС след жалба от страна на АИКБ, БСК и БТПП. 

От Асоциация на индустриалния капитал в България заявяват несъгласието си с практиката за административно определяне на минималната работна заплата и настояват за нов подход при изчисляването на размера ѝ. Предложението е минималните месечни работни заплати и минималното заплащане за час да се определят чрез двустранно колективно договаряне между браншовите работодателски и синдикални организации. Договарянето да се извършва по икономически дейности, като по този начин то замени договарянето на минималните осигурителни доходи, предлагат още от асоциацията. Според АИКБ за минимална работна заплата за страната би трябвало да се приема най-ниската минимална работна заплата от всички договорени МРЗ. Министерският съвет би могъл да утвърждава и да обнародва постигнатите договорености по икономически дейности вместо да ги определя, заявяват още представителите на бизнеса.

В подкрепа на исканията е посочен фактът, че в страните в ЕС, в които няма административно определяне на минимална работна заплата, но има добре развито и с традиции договорно определяне на минимални заплати по сектори и по икономически дейности, нивото на безработица е по-ниско.
