Наредбата за установяване, разследване, регистриране и отчитане на трудовите злополуки
Промени

Промените в Наредбата за установяване, разследване, регистриране и отчитане на трудовите злополуки, с които срокът за произнасяне на длъжностното лице в Националния осигурителен институт (НОИ) с разпореждане за приемане или неприемане на злополуката за трудова е удължен от 7 на 14 дни, са обнародвани в бр.28 на ДЪржавен вестник.

ПОСТАНОВЛЕНИЕ № 58 ОТ 30 МАРТ 2017 Г.

за изменение на Наредбата за установяване, разследване, регистриране и отчитане на трудовите злополуки, приета с Постановление № 263 на Министерския съвет от 1999 г. (обн., ДВ, бр. 6 от 2000 г.; изм. и доп., бр. 61 от 2000 г., бр. 19 от 2002 г., бр. 17 от 2014 г. и бр. 18 от 2015 г.)

МИНИСТЕРСКИЯТ СЪВЕТ

ПОСТАНОВИ:

§ 1. В чл. 12 се правят следните изменения:

1. В ал. 1 думите „в 7-дневен“ се заменят с „и данните в информационната система по чл. 33, ал. 5, т. 7 от Кодекса за социално осигуряване в 14-дневен“.

2. В ал. 2 думите „7-дневен“ се заменят с „14-дневен“.

3. В ал. 3 думите „в 7-дневен срок от издаването му“ се заличават.

Заключителна разпоредба

§ 2. Постановлението влиза в сила от 1 януари 2017 г.
