3 % става ставката на данък "Уикенд" с гласуваните промени в ЗКПО

НС прие на второ четене промени в Закона за корпоративното подоходно облагане, с които данъчната ставка за облагане на т.нар. данък "Уикенд" става 3 %. Премахва се и данъкът върху лихвите по влогове в банки.

На заседанието си на 22.02.2022 г. Народното събрание гласува на второ четене промени в ЗКПО, с които данъкът върху разходите в натура, свързани с лично ползване на фирмени активи, т.нар. данък "Уикенд", от началото на 2023 г. ще бъде намален от 10 на 3 процента. 

С промяна в ЗДДФЛ се регламентира отмяна на облагането на доходите от лихви по влогове в банки, установени в държава - членка на Европейския съюз, или в друга държава - страна по Споразумението за Европейското икономическо пространство.

По традиция, в преходните и заключителните наредби на нормативния акт са заложени изменения и в други закони. Редакции в текстовете на Закона за местните данъци и такси отменят събирането на такси за ползване на детски ясли и детски градини от 1 април 2022 г. Промени за синхронизиране с изменението в ЗМДТ се правят и в Закона за предучилищното и училищното образование и Закона за здравето.

След обнародването на нормативния акт в Държавен вестник, документът ще бъде достъпен за изтегляне и като прикачен файл по-долу.
