Обнародвани са промените в бюджетната рамка на страната, които управляващите гласуваха като антикризисни мерки във връзка с рекордно високата инфлация и скока на цените на горивата. Законите за изменение и допълнение на ЗБДОО, ЗБНЗОК и Закона за държавния бюджет за 2022 г. са публикувани в брой 51 и 52, съответно от 01. и 05.07. на Държавен вестник.

Промени

С публикуването в Държавен вестник официално влизат в сила измененията в бюджетните закони за 2022 г., с които управляващите ще се опитат да намалят негативното влияние върху гражданите и бизнеса от кризата с високите цени на горивата и нарастващата инфлация. 

0% ДДС за доставка на хляб и брашно до 1 юли 2023 г., компенсация от 0,25 лв. за литър бензин А-95, дизел без добавки, втечнен нефтен газ и природен газ при зареждане на бензиностанция до края на настоящата година и увеличаване на максималния размер на новия държавен дълг, който може да бъде поет през годината от 7, 3 млрд.лв на 10,3 млрд.лв. са сред промените, които влизат в сила в началото на юли.

В ЗИД на ЗБДОО за 2022 г. са регламентирани увеличение на пенсиите с 10 на сто от 1-ви юли и по-висок таван на получаваните една или повече пенсии, без добавките към тях. Повишаването на пенсиите ще бъде на два етапа, като втората промяна ще е от 1-ви октомври.
