По предварителни данни mреките инвестиции в страната за януари – май 2014 г. възлизат на 302.6 млн. евро (0.7% от БВП), при 456.9 млн. евро (1.1% от БВП) за януари – май 2013 г., като са по-ниски със 154.3 млн. евро (33.8%).

За май 2014 г. те нарастват с 8.6 млн. евро, при увеличение в размер на 151.8 млн. евро за май 2013 г. Дяловият капитал през януари - май 2014 г. възлиза на 23.5 млн. евро. Той е по-нисък с 308.3 млн. евро от дяловия капитал, привлечен през същия период на 2013 г. (331.8 млн. евро). Постъпленията от инвестиции на чуждестранни лица в недвижими имоти възлизат на 45.8 млн. евро, при 56.9 млн. евро за същия период на 2013 г. 

За януари - май 2014 г. нетният Друг капитал (промяната в нетните задължения между дружествата с чуждестранно участие и преките чуждестранни инвеститори по финансови, облигационни и търговски кредити) е положителен в размер на 183.4 млн. евро, при положителен в размер на 65.8 млн. евро за януари – май 2013 г. 

На база на предварителни данни за финансовия резултат, реинвестираната печалба за януари - май 2014 г. (представляваща частта на нерезидентите в неразпределената печалба или загуба на предприятието) се оценява на 95.8 млн. евро, при 59.4 млн. евро за същия период на 2013 г. По държави, най-големите преки инвестиции в страната за януари - май 2014 г. са от Британски Вирджински Острови (110.5 млн. евро). Най-големите нетни отрицателни потоци за периода са към Франция (-46.4 млн. евро).

По предварителни данни преките инвестиции в чужбина за януари - май 2014 г. възлизат на 70.6 млн. евро, при 50.4 млн. евро за януари - май 2013 г. За май 2014 г. те нарастват с 32.8 млн. евро, при увеличение в размер на 23.1 млн. евро през май 2013 г.
