МС предлага удължаване действието на настоящите бюджетни закони до 31 март 2022 г.

Да бъде удължено действието на разпоредбите на Закона за държавния бюджет, Закона за бюджета на държавното обществено осигуряване и Закона за бюджета на Националната здравноосигурителна каса за 2021 г. до 31 март 2022 г. предлага законопроект на Министерски съвет от 23.12.2021 г.

В мотивите към законопроект, внесен за гласуване на 23.12.2021 г. от името на Министерски съвет, е посочено, че поради обективно стекли се обстоятелства държавният бюджет за 2022 г. няма да бъде приет преди началото на следващата бюджетна година. Решението, което предлагат управляващите, е удължаване на срока на действие на настоящите закони за бюджетите на ДОО, НЗОК и държавния бюджет до края на март 2022 г.

На практика при приемане на законопроекта ще се запазят без промяна размерите както на осигурителните вноски за здравно и обществено осигуряване и на месечния осигурителен доход, така и сумите, които ще бъдат изплащани като обезщетения за безработица, за отглеждане на дете до 2-годишна възраст, други социални плащания. На нивата от 2021 г. до 31 март 2022 г. ще се запазят и размерът на минималната пенсия за осигурителен стаж и възраст, общата годишна квота за ваучери за храна, общият размер на сумата, подлежаща на възстановяване на земеделските стопани от акциза за газьола.
