Последната от навата серия банкноти с номинал 5 лева ще бъде пусната в обращение oт 4 ceптeмвpи 2020 г. кaтo зaкoннo плaтeжнo cpeдcтвo.

Както и при останалите, дизайнът и основните елементи са без значима промяна, добавена е допълнителна защита под формата на допълнителен знак за незрящи граждани, холограмна лента с оптични ефекти, осигурителна нишка и воден знак с висока резолюция.

5 лева, 2020 г.

На лицевата страна са изобразени портрет на Иван Милев; вертикални текстове „Иван Милев“ и „1897 – 1927“; номиналната стойност на банкнотата с цифри и думи.

На обратната страна са изобразени фрагменти от картините „Жътварка“, „Българска мадона“ и „Змейова сватба“ и е обозначена номиналната стойност на банкнотата с цифри и думи.

Технически параметри

  • Преобладаващ цвят – бордо.
  • Материал – хартия, тонирана в розов цвят, с лаково покритие след отпечатване.
  • Размер - 121 х 67 мм.

Нови защитни елементи

Допълнителен знак за незрящи граждани – състои се от една дебела и девет тънки линии, разположени под ъгъл на двете къси страни на банкнотата.

Холограмна лента с оптични ефекти – редуващи се при промяна на ъгъла на наблюдение изображения на жътварка и стилизирано цвете; цветен холограмен портрет на Иван Милев; стилизирано изображение на фрагмент от корица на списание „ЕКЪ“; изображения на изправен коронован лъв с динамичен ефект и обемно триизмерно изображение на цифрата „5“.

Осигурителна нишка – вградена в хартията, частично излизаща на сектори от обратната страна, със светъл повтарящ се текст „БНБ 5“ и с вертикален динамичен ефект, променяща цвета си от червено към зелено. Изображението на повтарящия се текст „БНБ 5“ се чете от лицевата страна при поставянето на банкнотата срещу източник на светлина.

Воден знак с висока резолюция – наблюдава се при поставянето на банкнотата срещу източник на светлина. Състои се от полутоново изображение с висока резолюция на портрета на Иван Милев. Изображението се наблюдава и от обратната страна на банкнотата.
