Агенцията по заетостта стартира от 1 февруари прием на документи по нова процедура за кандидатстване по мярката 60/40. Ще бъдат подпомагани работодатели за запазване на заетостта през периода януари – февруари 2022 г.

С постановление на МС № 482 от 30.12.2021 г., изменящо Постановление № 151/2020 г., се предоставя възможност на работодателите да кандидатстват за подпомагане за запазване на заетостта за януари и февруари 2022 г. Агенция по заетостта стартира прием на документи по придобилата популярност като Мярка 60/40 процедура за финансиране на бизнеси, чиято дейност е пряко ограничена от противоепидемичните мерки за справяне с пандемията от Covid-19.

От началото на февруари предприятия, чиито приходи от продажби са намалели с не по-малко от 40% през месеца, за който се предоставя подкрепата, в сравнение със средномесечните приходи за цялата 2019 г., могат да подадат документи за финансова подкрепа в размер на 60 на сто от дохода и осигурителните вноски на всяко заето лице. Ако работодателите са регистрирали спад на оборота спрямо средномесечните приходи за 2019 г. с не по-малко от 30 на сто през месеца, за който искат подпомагане, те ще получат средства в размер на 50%. За учредените след 1 януари 2020 г. предприятия спадът на приходите за месеца, за който кандидатстват, ще се определя спрямо средномесечните приходи за 2020 г., припомнят от АЗ. Размерът на помощта за всеки работник или служител вече ще се определя на база осигурителния му доход за месец октомври 2021 г.

Кандидатстването отново по електронен път чрез Системата за сигурно електронно връчване /ССЕВ/, чрез лицензиран пощенски оператор, както и на място в съответното бюро по труда, обслужващо територията по месторабота на работниците и служителите.

В рубрика „Финансови стимули за запазване на заетостта” в интернет страницата на Агенция по заетостта са публикувани образци на документи, Информация за работодателите, Процедура за кандидатстване, съдържаща условията, изискванията, реда и начина за кандидатстване, както и помощни материали.
