Агенцията по приходите е актуализирала в системата си информацията за минималния осигурителен доход за почти 4000 самоосигуряващи се лица. Новият размер от 710 лв. е в сила от 1-ви април.

За самоосигуряващите се лица, заявили с еднократно подаване на декларация Образец №1 с код за вид осигурен 22 минимален месечен осигурителен доход от 420 лв. или 650 лв., НАП вече е актуализирал цифрата с новия размер от 710 лв., в сила от 01.04.2022 г. От приходната агенция информират, че тези лице не е необходимо да подават още веднъж декларация за периодите след 31 март 2022 г. и припомнят, че от 1-ви април са в сила нови прагове за минимален и максимален размер на дохода, върху който самоосигуряващите се лица, в  това число регистрираните земеделски стопани и тютюнопроизводители, внасят дължимите осигурителни вноски.

Важно уточнение, което от Агенцията по приходите правят в своето прессъобщение:

Самоосигуряващите се, включително и регистрираните земеделски стопани и тютюнопроизводители, които получават доходи от дейности на различни основания - например и по трудови правоотношения, е необходимо да съобразят сбора от осигурителните си доходи за месеца, така че да го ограничат до максималния от 3400 лв. В тези случаи е допустимо месечният осигурителен доход, посочен в декларация Образец № 1, да бъде по-нисък от минималния за съответните месеци. 
Ако е необходимо лицата да направят промяна на осигурителния си доход след 31 март 2022 г., те трябва да подадат коригираща декларация Образец №1 за съответния месец, като отбележат код корекция „К”, код за вид осигурен 22, дните в осигуряване, променения размер на осигурителния доход и процент осигурителни вноски за ДОО, ДЗПО и здравно осигуряване.
Самоосигуряващите се, които са подали декларация Образец №5 за здравно осигуряване, фонд "Пенсии" и универсален пенсионен фонд за определени от тях периоди след 31 март 2022 г. и са платили авансово осигурителни вноски върху минимален размер на осигурителния доход, по-нисък от 710 лв., трябва да представят в НАП коригираща декларация.

От НАП ще информират с имейли самоосигуряващите се, за които се отнасят промените и ще предоставят разяснения относно действията, които те следва да предприемат. Електронните съобщения във връзка с промяна на осигурителния доход, общо три на брой, могат да бъдат видени и в рубрика Формуляри в интернет страницата на агенцията.
