Съгласно разпоредбите на чл. 29 а от ЗДДФЛ физическите лица, регистрирани като земеделски стопани, могат да упражнят правото си на избор за облагане на доходите от дейността им през 2020 г. (изборът е в сила за 5 последователни данъчни години и не е необходимо да се декларира ежегодно) до края на декември, напомнят от приходната агенция. 

Декларацията по чл. 29а, ал. 4 от ЗДДФЛ, с която в срок до 31 декември на предходната година се заявява желаният вариант на облагане, може да бъде намерен на сайта на НАП, рубриката „За гражданите“ › Документи - данъци, както и тук:

Друго важно напомняне от страна на данъчната администрация - при облагане по реда, предвиден за едноличните търговци (чл. 28 от ЗДДФЛ), регистрираните като земеделски стопани физически лица не могат да ползват правото за преотстъпване на данъка върху годишната данъчна основа, който е предвиден в чл. 48, ал. 6 от ЗДДФЛ. 

Относно избора на облагане на доходите на новорегистрираните земеделски стопани като еднолични търговци, разпоредбите на закона предвиждат възможност задължените лица да заявят желанието си да продължат да се облагат през 2020 г. и следващите четири години по същия ред като също подадат декларация по чл. 29а, ал. 4 от ЗДДФЛ в срок до 31 декември 2019 г.
