Нисколихвено кредитиране за малки и средни фирми предвижда нова програма на ББР

Българска банка за развитие стартира нова програма за финансиране за малките и средни предприятия чрез търговските банки в страната. Програма е насочена към подпомагане на фирмите, които срещат най-големи трудности както при търсенето на финансиране за своя бизнес, така и при осигуряване на достатъчно обезпечение. 

Ресурсът, който ще бъде предоставен на банките за инвестиционно и оборотно кредитиране, ще е в размер на 150 млн. лева, като се предвижда при положителни резултати от програмата, бюджетът за нея да нарасне до 350 млн. лева. Българската банка за развитие е готова да поеме и  част от риска по предоставените от банките-партньори кредити за бизнеса. Проектът предвижда това обезпечение да е до 30 % от стойността на отпусканите заеми. 

Лихвата, при която банките ще могат да получават предоставения от ББР ресурс, е в размер на тримесечния EURIBOR (средното лихвено равнище, при което банките в еврозоната си разменят срочни депозити в евро) + 1,8%. Ако се възползват от опцията за споделяне на риска от неплащане по заеми, банките ще плащат лихва в размер тримесечния EURIBOR + 1,9%. 

На малкия и среден бизнес ще се предоставят кредити до 3 млн. лева при максимална годишна лихва, формирана на база 3М EURIBOR + до 4,7 % при споделяне на риска от ББР и на база 3М EURIBOR + до 4,9 % ако ББР не е поела гаранционен ангажимент.

От Българска банка за развитие информират още, че ще бъде предоставена и възможност за рефинансиране на инвестиционни кредити, предоставени след 01.07.2014 г., при които, вследствие на финансираната от банката-партньор инвестиция, са открити и се поддържат за срока на кредита над 30 нови работни места. За рефинансиране на кредити, отпуснати след 01.01.2014 г., могат да кандидатстват фирми, които се реализират инвестиции в области с висока безработица като Видин, Монтана, Разград, Силистра, Търговище, Шумен, Сливен, Ямбол, Пазарджик, Смолян и Кюстендил.
