С подписването на първите две споразумения между Фонда на фондовете и финансовите посредници „Микрофонд“ АД и „СИС Кредит“ АД предприемачите с идеи за нов бизнес ще имат достъп до кредитен ресурс в размер на 3,4 млн.лв. по ОП "Развитие на човешките ресурси".

Това са и първите схеми за финансов инженеринг, реализирани през настоящия програмен период. 

От съобщението, публикувано в информационния портал Структурни фондове на ЕС става ясно, че кредитите ще бъдат насочени към стартиращи фирми и социални предприятия, както и към предприятия, създадени от хора, които са безработни повече от 6 месеца, лица с увреждания и младежи до 29 г.  Размерът на предоставяните кредити ще бъде от 5000 лв. до 48 895 лв., а срокът на погасяване на заемите е до 10 години с възможност за 2 годишен гратисен период. Лихвеният процент на микрокредитите към крайните получатели е конкурентен, варира между 2.9 и 7,2 %, защото средствата от ОПРЧР са с нулева лихва, а частното съфинансиране, предоставено от финансовите посредници, представлява 20 или 30% от кредита.
