В началото на юли е стартирана процедурата по договаряне на минималните осигурителни доходи за 2016 г. Тя трябва да приключи до 3 септември, когато трябва да е готова таблицата със стойностите на всички „прагове“ за следващата година.

Утвърден е и графикът, по който ще заседават работните групи с представители на работодателите и синдикатите по отрасли. Срещите ще се провеждат на 7 и 8 юли или на 19 и 20 август в сградата на Министерството на труда и социалната политика. Заключителните браншови преговори са насрочени за 1 септември. На 17 юли 2015 г. експертите на МТСП ще бъдат на разположение за срещи с браншови и отраслови структури, които имат нужда от съдействие. Като положителен ефект от прилагането на минималния осигурителен доход по икономически дейности и квалификационни групи професии е посочено ограничаването на формалното осигуряване върху минималната работна или друга по-ниска от реалната и нерегламентираното заплащане на остатъка до по-високо трудово възнаграждение, както и създаването на равни конкурентни условия за всички работодатели по отношение разходите за труд.

При преговорите работодателите и синдикатите трябва да се съобразяват с основните макроикономически показатели за 2016 г. Според одобрената от правителството средносрочна бюджетна прогноза за периода 2016-2018 г. през следващата година минималната заплата ще бъде 420 лв. Очаква се средногодишна инфлация от  1,8% и реален ръст на БВП от 1,7 % . Заложеният средногодишен валутен курс USD/EUR е 1,10 : 1.

Припомняме, че за тази година бизнес и синдикати успя да договори увеличение на МОД за 41 от общо 85 икономически дейности. За минималният осигурителен доход за 2015 г. в браншовете, за които не беше постигнато споразумение, социалното министерство определи административно увеличение с 4.2%.
