В ДВ. бр. 53 от 12.06.2020 г. са обнародвани Правилник за изменение и допълнение на Правилника за прилагане на Закона за акцизите и данъчните складове, Наредба за изменение и допълнение на Наредба № H-1 от 2014 г. за специфичните изисквания и контрола, осъществяван от митническите органи върху средствата за измерване и контрол на акцизни стоки и Наредба за изменение и допълнение на Наредба № Н-7 от 2016 г. за определяне на ред, начин и формат за изпращане на данните от средствата за измерване и контрол по чл. 103а, ал. 1 от ЗАДС.

Правилник за изменение и допълнение на Правилника за прилагане на Закона за акцизите и данъчните складове 

Промените в нормативния акт са във връзка с промените в Закона за акцизите и данъчните складове (ЗАДС), направени с § 37 от преходните и заключителните разпоредби към Закона за изменение и допълнение на Закона за корпоративното подоходно облагане, обнародвани в бр. 96 от 2019 г. на Държавен вестник, както и следващите промени обн. в ДВ, бр. 100 от 2019 г. и бр. 18 от 2020 година. Мотивите към проекта, обобщаващи основните промени в нормативния акт, са достъпни ТУК.
