След като днес депутатите приеха и на второ четене промените в Закона за акцизите и данъчните складове, от следващата година цените на най-евтините цигари ще се повишат с 30 стотинки, а тези от по-висок ценови клас ще поскъпнат с 55 стотинки.

Парламентът реши за 2016 г. специфичният акциз на цигарите да бъде намален от 101 лв. на 70 лв. за 1000 къса, като същевременно се вдига пропорционалният акциз, който през следващата година ще е 38 % от продажната цена, за 2017 г. - 40 %, а през 2018 г. - 42 %.

Според изчисленията на управляващите ползата от увеличението ще се е 21 млн. лева повече приходи в държавната хазна през 2016 г., 42 млн. лева през 2017 г. и 56 млн. лева през 2018 г..

Какво още гласуваха депутатите?

С приетите днес промени в текстовете на ЗАДС остава нулева ставката за втечнения нефтен газ и се въвежда нулева ставка за биогаза за 1 гигаджаул. 

Налага се ограничение във времевия интервал, в който регистрираните специализирани малки обекти за дестилиране (за малки обекти за дестилация вече ще се считат казани за ракия с обща вместимост до 500, а не до 1000 литра, както беше до момента) могат да произвеждат ракия. Производството ще може да се извършва единствено през периода от 1 юли до 31 декември.

С помените в Закона за акцизите и данъчните складове се регламентира и увеличение на акциза за газьола и керосина, който за 2016 г. ще се повиши от 50 лв. на 646 лв. за 1000 л, а на тежките горива и масла за отопление - от 50 лв. на 400 лв. за 1000 кг.
