10% данък върху разходите по личното ползване на фирмени активи е приет на първо четене

Проектът за промени в Закона за корпоративното подоходно обалгане, с който се предлага въвеждането на нов данък в размер на 10 на сто върху разходите за лично ползване на фирмени активи и персонал, беше приет днес на първо четене. Отпада данък "управленска дейност" върху разходите за автомобили.

Народните представители гласуваха измененията в текстовете на ЗКПО с 91 гласа „за”, 5 „против” и 36 „въздържал се”. 

Новият ред на облагане, свързан с т.нар. "данък уикенд", се ползва с единодушната подкрепа на българските работодатели според текста на съвместна декларация на представителните организации, изготвена от името на  АИКБ, БСК, БТТП и КРИБ във връзка с отложеното обсъждане на законопроекта. Бизнесът официално отправи апел за предотвратяване забавянето при вземане на решения, които да облекчат администрирането и събирането на данъци, свързани с ползването на фирмени активи за лични цели.

В хронолгичен ред: проектът на нормативния акт беше внесен за разглеждане в Народно събрание на 12 юли, получи одобрението на Комисията по бюджет и финанси ден по-късно, разискван беше на вчерашното заседание и гласуван на първо четене днес, 21 юли.
