Достъпът до всички данни в Търговския регистър ще струва 100 лв. от 1януари 2015 г.

Таксата за достъп да пълната база данни на Търговския регистър ще бъде 100 лв. вместо досегашните 30 000 лв. Изменението в Тарифата за държавните такси, събирани от Агенцията по вписванията, влиза в сила от началото на януари 2015 г.

Драстичното намаляване на досегашната годишна такса ще осигури достъп до информацията, съдържаща се в базата данни на ТР, както и за актуализация на обстоятелствата в него, за по-голям брой потребители. Така ще се подпомогнат бизнес-средите и ще се гарантира повече прозрачност на фирмите и техните собственици според прессъобщението, публикувано в сайта на Министерски съвет. От своя страна това би се отразило благоприятно и върху борбата с финансовите измами, укриването на данъци и други незаконни практики.  Промяната в Тарифата за държавните такси ще подпомогне и изпълнението на ангажиментите на България по инициативата „Партньорство за открито управление” (Open Government Partnership).
