Размерът на минималната работна заплата за 2017 г. остава 460 лв. и се запазва определената от 1 януари минимална почасова ставка от 2,78 лв.

Постановлението, прието вчера от Министерски съвет, отменя ПМС №22 от 26.01.2017 г. за определяне на минималната работна заплата за страната, действало досега, съобщават от правителствената информационна служба. 

Припомняме, че Върховният административен съд отмени приетата от правителството МРЗ, след като беше образувано дело по жалба на представителните работодателски организации с аргумента, че не е съгласуван размерът ѝ в Националния съвет за тристранно сътрудничество. Следва обжалване от страна на управляващите на решението на ВАС и проведени консултации по нормативно определения ред. Приетото като резултат от тези действия постановление предстои да бъде обнародвано в Държавен вестник.

Предстоят и преговорите за изработване на механизъм, по който да се определя минималната работна заплата, като за следващата 2018 г. се обсъждат три варианта - 385,50 лв. по първия сценарий, 487,76 лв. - по втория и 500,52 лв. - по третия. Позицията на АИКБ по темата вижте ТУК.
