Министерството на финансите преотвори емисия 5-годишни държавни ценни книжа (ДЦК) с номинална стойност 50 млн. лева с падеж 22 януари 2019 година.

На проведения на 7 април 2014  г. аукцион беше постигната среднопретеглена годишна доходност от 1,89 процента. От Министерството на финансите информират, че това е най-ниската стойност в този матуритетен сегмент от януари 2013 г. насам. От страна на участниците е отчетен висок интерес, като общият размер на подадените поръчки достига 107,22 млн. лв., което съответства на коефициент на покритие от 2,14.

Най-голямо количество ДЦК на аукциона са придобили банките - 55,46%, следвани от гаранционни и доверителни фондове - 31,00%, пенсионните фондове - 7,60%, застрахователни дружества - 5,40%  и други институционални инвеститори - 0,54 на сто.

Спредът спрямо бенчмарковите германски облигации в този сегмент е в размер на 129 базисни пункта. Постигнатата доходност е под тази на деноминирани в национална валута облигации на редица държави от ЕС и региона: Словения (2,00%), Португалия (2,61%), Полша (3,54%), Хърватия (4,14%) Румъния (4,52%) и Унгария (4,70%) и е идентична с тази на Обединеното кралство (1,89%).
