Редът за наемане на работници от страни извън ЕС е регламентиран в приетия днес Правилник за прилагане на Закона за трудовата миграция и трудовата мобилност.

От правителствената информационна служба уточняват, че в правилника са описани ролята, правата и задълженията на всяка една от заинтересованите страни в процеса по кандидатстване, предоставяне на решение и издаване на съответния тип разрешение за пребиваване и работа на чужденци.

Според одобрената днес процедура работодателите ще могат да наемат сезонни работници от трети страни за период до 90 дни, като преди това ще трябва да преминат през пазарен тест и да докажат, че на територията на България няма подходящи кадри, които да заемат съответните позиции. По думите на социалния министър Зорница Русинова пред журналисти след правителственото заседание днес, цитирани от Агенция "Фокус", регламентацията е от съществено значение особено по отношение на туристическия сектор и е част от пакет от мерки, който е насочен към българските работодатели за повишаване на квалификацията и за удовлетворяване на необходимостта на високо квалифициран персонал.

В приетия днес текст работодателите ще намерят информация за документите, които трябва да подадат в Агенцията по заетостта при кандидатстване за наемане на работа на работници от трети държави. Уредени са условията и редът за регистрация и деклариране на заетост без разрешение за работа. Регламентирана е и процедурата за кандидатстване за разрешение за извършване на дейност на свободна практика от чужденци.

Отделна глава в Правилника е посветена на структурата, функциите и организацията на дейността на Националния съвет по трудова миграция и трудова мобилност.
