Проектът за промени в Закона за акцизите и данъчните складове, с който се предвиждат и изменения в редица други нормативни актове - ЗДДС, ЗКПО, ЗДДФЛ, ЗМДТ, Закона за счетоводството и Закона за ограничаване на плащанията в брой, е приет на първо четене.

Пакетът от промени в данъчните закони за 2017 г. получи 88 гласа "За" и 24 "Против". 18 народни представители са гласували "Въздържал се". 

Докладът на председателя на Бюджетната комисия относно законопректа за изменение и допълнение на ЗАДС, внесен в НС на 13 октомври и обобщаващ предложенията на финансовото министерство за реформи в данъчното законодателство на страната ни през следващата година, може да бъде видян тук>>>

В хода на дискусиите са отправени критики от народни представители сотносно практиката за "пакетиране" на всички промени в един законопроект, което пречи на детайлното им обсъждане. Георги Търновалийски от ПГ на „БСП лява България“ и Петър Чобанов от ДПС са сред отправилите възражения срещу честата промяна в данъчните закони и не достатъчно доброто прецизиране на разпоредбите. От Реформаторския блок са заявили намерението си да внесат свои предложения между първо и второ четене.

Припомняме, че в началото на октомври пакетът от промени получи одобрението на Националния съвет за тристранно сътрудничество, след което беше внесен за разглеждане в НС. Вижте повече информация ТУК>>>
