мерки във връзка с COVID-19

Работодателите, които искат да кандидатстват за подпомагане по мярката 60/40 за периода януари – март 2021 г., трябва да подадат заявленията си до 17.00 ч. на 15 април 2021 г. Документи, подадени след изтичане на крайния срок, няма да бъдат обект на оценка от комисиите в Дирекции „Бюро по труда”.

Съгласно разпоредбите на ПМС 93/18.03.2021 г., с което се удължава и периодът за предоставяне на финансовата подкрепа за запазване на заетостта в условията на извънредна епидемична обстановка заради Covid-19 до 31 май 2021 г., срокът за прием на документи за подпомагане по мярката 60/40 изтича на 15 април. До 17.00 часа на тази дата работодателите могат да подадат по електронен път своите заявления и изискваните документи, за да получат средства за периода януари – март 2021 г.

От АЗ напомнят, че за вече одобрените за първото тримесечие на тази година работодатели по мярката 60/40 изплащането на сумите се извършва въз основа на представен актуален списък на работниците и служителите за предходен месец и Писмо – декларация за месечно отчитане. Крайният срок за подаване на тези документи е 22 април 2021 г.

Друго важно уточнение е, че документите се подават към Дирекция „Бюро по труда”, обслужваща територията по мястото на работа на работниците и служителите или в бюрото по труда, където е одобрен работодателят.
