Актуализиран е програмният продукт за генериране на отчетни регистри по ДДС, справка–декларация по ЗДДС и VIES декларация за 2019 г.

Обновена версия, заедно с първоначална инсталация, на програмния продукт за генериране на отчетни регистри по ДДС, справка–декларация по ЗДДС и VIES декларация за 2019 г.  и ръководство на потребителя за ползване на продукта са достъпни в интернет страницака на приходната агенция, в рубрикта За бизнеса » Програмни продукти » ДДС документи.

Актуализацията е втората за тази година. Във версия 8.02 е добавен нов код в колона 8а „Доставка по чл. 163а или внос по чл. 167а от ЗДДС“ в Дневник за покупките и Дневник за продажбите във връзка с въвеждане на отложено начисляване на ДДС при внос по 167а от ЗДДС. Променена е структурата на файл "POKUPKI.ТХТ" и на файл "PRODAGBI.ТХТ".

Обновяването отразява влизащите в сила от 1 юли 2019 г. промени в нормативната уредба във връзка с въвеждане на отложено начисляване на ДДС при внос по чл. 167а от ЗДДС. 

Съгласно чл. 167а от ЗДДС, отложено начисляване на данък при внос може да се прилага от 01.07.2019 г. от лице, което към датата на вноса отговаря едновременно на следните условия:

  • извършва внос на стоки, посочени в приложение № 3 на ЗДДС; 
  • регистрирано е на основание чл. 96, 97 или чл. 100, ал. 1 от ЗДДС не по-малко от 6 месеца преди извършване на вноса; 
  • няма изискуеми и неизплатени публични задължения, събирани от Националната агенция за приходите;
  • всяка стока, декларирана в митническата декларация за внос, е с митническа стойност, равна на или по-голяма от 50 000 лв.
