Само седмица остава до изтичане на крайния срок, в който трябва да бъдат подадени годишните данъчни декларации по чл. 92 от ЗКПО, с които да бъдат обявени дължимите корпоративни данъци, припомнят от приходната агенция.

Тъй като 31 март е неработен ден, фирмите ще могат да декларират печалбите си до 1 април. От данъчната администрация уточняват отново, че декларацията се подава само по електронен път с КЕП, а заплащането на данъка след приспадане на направените авансови вноски може да бъде извършено и през електронната услуга на НАП, както и във всяка банка с попълване на вносна бележка за плащане към бюджета.

Важно пояснение в прессъобщението на агенцията е и това, че юридическите лица, които през 2018 г. не са осъществявали дейност по смисъла на Закона за счетоводството, не са длъжни да подават годишна данъчна декларация по чл. 92 от ЗКПО и годишен отчет за дейността.
