От 17.02.2020 г. електронните услуги, предоставяни от НАП, ще бъдат достъпни единствено чрез използването на транспортен протокол TLSv1.2., а клиентите на приходната агенция, които все още използват операционна система Windows XP и стари версии на браузери, няма да имат достъп до портала. 

Наред с предупреждението за невъзможността да се използват е-услуги без актуална Windows версия, от НАП обобщават още няколко технически изисквания за достъпване на онлайн услугите на агенцията:

  1. Персонален компютър с инсталирана операционна система, която е в поддръжка от производителя, с коректно инсталиран софтуер за работа с електронен подпис - Windows 8; 8.1(преустановена стандартна поддръжка на 9 януари 2018 г. с налична разширена поддръжка до 10 януари 2023 г.); 10 (32bit и 64bit), Linux (32bit и 64bit) или OSX (64bit);
  2. Web браузър: Internet Explorer/Edge, Google Chrome или Mozilla Firefox в актуални версии, поддържащи TLS 1.2;
  3. Java, версия 8.х.

От НАП поясняват, че клиентите, използващи операционна система Windows 7, чиято поддръжка от производителя изтече на 14.01.2020 г., ще продължат да достъпват портала за електронни услуги, но е възможно в даден момент той вече да не бъде достъпен поради спиране на актуализациите на софтуера от Microsoft.
