От НАП припомнят, че фирмите, получатели на безвъзмездна финансова помощ в трета фаза на програмата за подкрепа чрез оборотен капитал, трябва да представят отчет за дейността до един месец след периода на изпълнение.

30 дни след изтичане на 3 месеца от датата на издаване на заповедта за одобрение отчетът, съдържащ информация  за същността на декларираната проектна дейност за преодоляване на недостига на средства или липса на ликвидност и кратко описание на извършените разходи, трябва да бъде подаден чрез модул „Комуникация с УО“ на ИСУН. 

В интернет страницата на приходната агенция, в рубриката Трета фаза на програма „Подкрепа чрез оборотен капитал за МСП, засегнати от временните противоепидемични мерки“, наред с другата информация е публикувано и описание на информацията, която трябва да бъде включена в документа: 

  • наименование на лицето и ЕИК;
  • кратко описание за същността на проектната дейност, изпълнена за преодоляване на недостига на средства или липса на ликвидност, настъпили в резултат от епидемичния взрив от COVID-19;
  • кратко описание на извършените разходи;
  • период, в рамките на който са извършени разходите;
  • изпълнение на мерките за информиране и публичност;
  • проведена ли е процедура за избор на изпълнител с „Публична покана“, съгласно разпоредбите на ЗУСЕСИФ и ПМС №160/2016 г.;
  • № и дата на издаване на разходооправдателния документ (фактура, ведомост и др.), издател на фактурата, стойност на разходооправдателния документ в съответствие с регистрацията по ЗДДС на крайния получател на помощта и опис с дата и стойност на платежните документи.
