От приходната агенция напомнят, че новата електронна услуга "Подаване на стандартизиран одиторски файл от лицето по чл. 3, ал. 17 от Наредба №Н-18/13.12.2006 г." ще е достъпна за ползване от 1 август. 

От 1 юли 2020 г. до 31 юли 2020 г. в електронния портал на НАП е наличен тестови вариант, достъпен за лицата, които имат достъп до електронната услуга „Информация, подавана от лицата по чл. 3 от Наредба №Н-18/2006г., извършващи продажби на стоки/услуги чрез електронен магазин“

Чрез е-услугата онлайн търговците, избрали алтернативния начин за отчитане на продажбите, ще подават ежемесечно към НАП информация за направените поръчки, по които са извършени доставки на стоки и услуги. От данъчната администрация припомнят още, че доставчиците на платежни услуги също подават информация, касаеща платежните сметки, предоставени виртуални POS терминали и извършените трансакции.

В съответствие с нормативните разпоредби на Наредба Н-18 при определени условия за продажбите на електронните магазини може да не бъде издаван касов бон от физическо фискално устройство, а да бъдат документирани чрез електронна бележка, която да бъде предоставена на клиента по имейл.
