Нови образци на документите за изплащане на паричните обезщетения и помощи от ДОО от 1 юли 2019 г.

Националният осигурителен институт информира за въвеждането на нови образци на заявления-декларации и удостоверения за изплащане на паричните обезщетения и помощи от държавното обществено осигуряване във връзка с промените в НПОПДОО, влизащи в сила от 1 юли 2019 г. 

Актуализираните документи предстои да бъдат публикувани в интернет страницата на НОИ, рубрика „За потребителя“ » „Формуляри“ » „Формуляри за временна неработоспособност и майчинство“. Старите формуляри, отнасящи се за периоди преди 1 юли 2019 г., ще се приемат до 14 юли 2019 г. включително, след което в рамките на два дни (15-17.07.2019 г.) ще се извършва обновяване на програмните продукти и системи и няма да бъдат приемани удостоверения в този период. След 17 юли 2019 г. ще се приемат само новите образци на Приложения № 9, 10 и 11 към Наредбата за паричните обезщетения и помощи от държавното обществено осигуряване. Изискванията към структурата, формата, използваните номенклатури и контрола на подаваните данни по новите образци са публикувани в рубриката „Е-услуги“ » „За разработчици на софтуер“ » „Електронен обмен на данни за изплащане на парични обезщетения от ДОО“, информират от институцията.

Файловете са достъпни за изтегляне и тук:

Функционални изисквания, структура и формат на данните, поддържани от програмните продукти за въвеждане, контрол, съхраняване, представяне/корекция/ заличаване на данните от осигурителите и самоосигуряващите се за изплащане на паричните обезщетения от ДОО, в сила от 07.2019 г.
