От приходната агенция съобщават за напредък в съвместната работа на бизнес и институции по прецизирането на текстовете на Наредба Н-18 и предстоящото представяне за обществено обсъждане на проект за изменение и допълнение на наредбата. 

От общо 105 предложения 2/3 са приети и отразени в новите разпоредби, посочват от НАП. 

"В новите предложения е прецизирана дефиницията на софтуер за управление на продажбите (СУПТО), ясно е определен началния момента на продажбата. Сред приетите от бизнеса и НАП промени са още облекчаване на реквизитите на фискалните бонове, напълно нова регулация на т.нар. медицински софтуер, удължаване на срока преди блокиране на фискалните системи, работата в тестови режим и много други."

От Агенцията по приходите анонсират и пускането на специализиран уеб сайт в помощ на търговци, разработчици на софтуер и потребители наред с продължаващите дебати по предстоящите промени в Наредба Н-18. По думите на финансовия министър по време на последната среща за обсъждане на нормативната уредба на отчитането на продажбите в търговските обекти "Независимо от паузата, която наложи извънредното положение в България заради COVID-19, работата по Наредбата не е спирала. НАП е свършила доста работа въз основа на предложенията на бизнеса, за да бъдат премахнати неяснотите и проблемите. Целта не е да тормозим бизнеса, а да се създадат правила, да има ясна гаранция, че всички работят при равни условия и в конкурентна среда.".

Междувременно от приходната агенция съобщават за актуализация в указанието за налагане на принудителната административна мярка „Запечатване на търговски обект“, съгласно която липсата на реквизити във фискалните бонове, несъхраняването в търговските обекти на паспорт на касовите апарати или проблеми във връзката при предаване на данни към НАП няма автоматично да водят до незабавно запечатване на търговския обект. Сред критериите за преценка дали мярката да бъде наложена или не са тежестта и евентуална повторност на извършеното нарушение, тип и големина на търговския обект, установена значителна разлика в касовата наличност и др.
