Уебинар на тема "Командироване в ЕС" и "Осигуряване на чужденци от ЕС" организира АССП

АССП организира на 9 март от 14:00 до 16:30 часа полезен уебинар във връзка с новите регламенти относно командироването на български работници в Европейския съюз и осигуряването на чужденци от ЕС в България. 

Всички, за които темата на убинара „Осигуряване на чужденци от Европейския съюз в България; Командироване и осигуряване на назначени в България работници в ЕС - нови аспекти от 01.01.2017“ представлява интерес, могат да заявят участието си като изтеглят и изпратят Заявка за участие в обучение на АССП (формулярът е достъпен в интернет страницата на асоциацията) или като използват посочените от АССП имейл и телефон за връзка.

  • Програма на обучението:

I – ва част:

Осигуряване на чужденци от Европейския Съюз в България: 

• Осигуряване на чужденец от ЕС по трудов договор;

• Осигуряване на чужденец от ЕС по ДУК или като самоосигуряващо се лице;

• Осигуряване на постоянно пребиваващ чужденец в България;

• Осигуряване на командировани работници от Европейския съюз в България;

(документи, предпоставки, приложимо законодателство, право на пребиваване и т.н.)

II- ра част:

Осигуряване на командировани работници в чужбина: 

• Наредбата за условията и реда за командироване и изпращане на работници и служители в рамките на предоставяне на услуги (НСРКИРСРПУ) и Директива 2014/67/ЕС;

• Предпоставки за получаване на формуляри А1;

• Промени в Кодекса на труда;

• Размери на минималното трудово възнаграждение в различните държави от ЕС;

• Осигуряване на командировани работници в ЕС – определяне на приложимо законодателство;
