9-цифрен код ще замени ЕГН на физическите лица, регистрирани като самоосигуряващи се в регистър БУЛСТАТ, от 04.01.2022 г.

Промяната в кодовете на вписаните в регистър БУЛСТАТ физически лица, които към настоящия момент са 10-цифрени и съвпадат с тяхното ЕГН, е във връзка с разпоредбите на Регламент (ЕС) 2016/679 на Европейския парламент, касаещ защитата при обработване на лични данни (GDPR), уточняват от Агенция по вписванията. Нормативно преобразуването на ЕГН в 9-цифрен код е разписано в Закона за изменение и допълнение към Закона за регистър БУЛСТАТ.

От потребителите, повече от 300 хил. души в България по данни на институцията, не се изисква допълнително подаване на документи или заявления. Информация за новия си код регистрираните лица ще могат да получат на официалната страница на регистър БУЛСТАТ в раздел „Справки“ от 4 януари 2022 г.
