Две предложения за промени в Кодекса на труда са внесени за гласуване в НС

Два проекта за промени в КТ са сред първите законопроекти, внесени за гласуване от новоизбраните депутати на 46-ото НС. Регламенти за въвеждането на електронна трудова книжка и мерки за подпомагане на работодатели и служители при извънредни ситуации като тази с Covid-19 пандемията се предлагат в законодателните инициативи.

Проекти

Първият от двата законопроекта, дело на депутати от „Изправи се БГ! Ние идваме“, предлага промени в посока дигитализиране на трудовата книжка с оглед на тенденциите за замяна на все по-голяма част от документацията на хартиени носители с техни електронни еквиваленти. В мотивите на вносителите е посочено, че тази "модернизация" ще облекчи работата на ТРЗ специалистите и ще спести ресурси на работодателя, като в резултат на това ще се повиши гъвкавостта и удобството на комуникация между страните по трудовото правоотношение и администрацията.

Втората законодателна инициатива в областта на трудовото законодателство е на представители на ГЕРБ-СДС, предложена е на вниманието на НС на 28.07.2021 г. и съдържа текстове, регламентиращи правила при принудително прекъсване на работа заради обявено извънредно положение или извънредна епидемиологична обстановка. Според проекта за времето на принудителен престой служителят ще има право на обезщетение в размер на 80% от брутното си трудово възнаграждение, а работодателят ще може да получи като компенсация от държавата до 25 на сто от нетните си приходи по ред, определен от Министерски съвет. В новосъздаден члевн 138б е разписано компенсирането на работници при въвеждане на непълно работно време.

В законопроекта е заложен и механизъм за "Финансова подкрепа на предприятия при обективни форсмажорни икономически и пазарни обстоятелства.
