Промени

С обнародваната в брой 38 на Държавен вестник Наредба за допълнение на Наредба № Н-8 се регламентира срокът, в който пенсионноосигурителните дружества подават в НАП декларация образец № 3 с данни за пенсионерите от професионален пенсионен фонд, които получават срочна професионална пенсия за ранно пенсиониране.

Разпоредбите влизат в сила от 20 май 2016 г. Пълният текст на документа е цитиран по-долу:

МИНИСТЕРСТВО  НА ФИНАНСИТЕ

Наредба за допълнение на Наредба № Н-8 от 2005 г. за съдържанието, сроковете, начина и реда за подаване и съхранение на данни от работодателите, осигурителите за осигурените при тях лица, както и от самоосигуряващите се лица (обн., ДВ, бр. 1 от 2006 г.; изм. и доп., бр. 7 от 2007 г., бр. 8 от 2008 г., бр. 3 от 2009 г., бр. 1 от 2010 г.; попр., бр. 2 от 2010 г.; изм. и доп., бр. 11 от 2010 г.; доп., бр. 58 от 2010 г.; изм. и доп., бр. 83 от 2010 г., бр. 6, 55 и 76 от 2011 г., бр. 5, 68 и 103 от 2012 г.; изм., бр. 45 от 2013 г.; изм. и доп., бр. 99 и 110 от 2013 г., бр. 100 от 2014 г., бр. 4 от 2015 г.; изм., бр. 14 от 2015 г.; изм. и доп., бр. 60 от 2015 г., бр. 2 от 2016 г.)

§ 1. В чл. 3 се създава ал. 17:

„(17) Пенсионноосигурителните дружества подават в Националната агенция за приходите декларация образец № 3 с данни за пенсионерите от професионален пенсионен фонд, които получават срочна професионална пенсия за ранно пенсиониране, в следните срокове:

1. до 20-о число на месеца, следващ месеца, за който се отнасят данните;

2. до 20-о число на месеца, следващ месеца на сключване на пенсионния договор по чл. 169а, ал. 1 от Кодекса за социално осигуряване, с данните за периода от придобиване правото на професионална пенсия за ранно пенсиониране.“

§ 2. В приложение № 2 към чл. 2, ал. 1, в Указанията за попълване на Декларация обр. № 3 „Данни за здравно осигуряване на лица, осигурени от държавния бюджет“, в т. 5, в позиция 50 накрая се добавя „и от професионален пенсионен фонд“.

Заключителна разпоредба

§ 3. Наредбата влиза в сила от деня на обнародването й в „Държавен вестник“.
