Работодателите, които се нуждаят от трудовото посредничество на Агенцията по заетостта за наемане на персонал, могат да използват новите електронни и дистанционни услуги на институцията за подбор, насочване на подходящи търсещи работа лица и получаване на обратна връзка за резултата от насочването. 

От АЗ поясняват, че в комуникацията се осъществява чрез канали като системите за електронен обмен на съобщения /СЕОС/ и сигурно електронно връчване /ССЕВ/, електронни услуги, телефон, поща, както и по електронен път, при стриктно спазване на изискванията за защита на личните данни. Целта е при спазване на противоепидемичните мерки за ограничаване на разпространението на Covid-19 на работодателите, които търсят нови служители, да бъде предоставена възможност да подават заявка-спецификация за свободните позиции и да се осъществява неприсъствено извършване на подбор и насочване на подходящи кандидати за работа.
