Работодатели и синдикати са договорили ръст от средно 7,9 % на минималните осигурителни доходи за 2016 г. в 39 от общо 85 икономически дейности.

Преговорите за МОД 2016 г. бяха стартирани в началото на юли и по график таблицата със стойностите на всички „прагове“ за следващата година трябваше да е готова до 3 септември.

В хода на преговорите социалните партньори са се споразумели за по-малко от половината икономически дейности, за които се определят осигурителни прагове.В документите, внесени вчера в социалното министерство, са посочени конкретните увеличения на минималния осигурителен доход в 39 бранша, в които по данни на НОИ към април 2015 г. са заети общо 956 075 души.Табицата с договорените стойности може да бъде изтеглена от прикачения файл.

Най-висок е процентът увеличение в секторите: производство на мелничарски продукти, нишесте и нишестени продукти - 17,9%;  ремонт на  компютърна и комуникационна техника, електронни и оптични продукти – 14,7 %; и пощенски и куриерски услуги - 14.6%. В отрасъл селско стопанство е договорено увеличение от 6,2%.

Не се очаква да бъде постигнато споразумение между работодатели и синдикати за по-високи осигурителни прагове в сферата на производството на безалкохолни напитки, минерални и други бутилирани води. От Асоциацията на производителите на безалкохолни напитки са публикували становище, в което се аргументира отказа да бъдат приети исканията на синдикатите за ръст през следващата година.

Преговорите за икономическите дейности, за които все още не са договорени минимални осигурителни доходи, продължават до 10 септември, след което социалният министър  ще използва правото си да предложи свой вариант, който да бъде обсъден на Тристранен съвет със социалните партньори. От МТСП уточняват, че целта е максимален консенсус при определянето на осигурителните доходи.

Припомняме, че за 2015 г. бизнес и синдикати успяха да договорят увеличение на МОД за 41 от общо 85 икономически дейности. За минималния осигурителен доход в браншовете, за които не беше постигнато споразумение, социалното министерство определи административно увеличение с 4.2%.
