Проект за промени в закона за ДДС, предлагащ праг за регистрация 100 000 лв. вместо настоящия 50 000 лв. от началото на 2023 г., е гласуван единодушно на първо четене с 212 гласа "за". 

⇒ Актуализирано: на 14.07.2022 г. са приети на второ четене промените в Закона за данък върху добавената стойност, внесени от Мартин Димитров от "Демократична България" и група народни представители.

Законопроектът за изменение и допълнение на ЗДДС, внесен за гласуване в Народно събрание в края на април от депутати от ДБ, получи одобрение и на първо четене, с което повишаването на прага за регистрация от 50 на 100 хил. лева е на път да бъде регламентирано и да влезе в сила от 1 януари 2023 г. Срокът за предложения между двете четения на законопроекта ще бъде три дни, решиха народните представители.

Увеличението на минималния праг на облагаемия годишен оборот за регистрация по ДДС е тема за няколко законодателни инициативи, като с едната от юли 2021 г. беше предложено да се повиши сумата до 200 000 лв. Настоящият законопроект предвижда поетапен ръст на прага за задължителна регистрация по Закона за данък добавена стойност, като от 1-ви януари на следващата година облагаемият оборот за последните 12 месеца да е под 100 000 лв., а от 01.01. 2024 г. - под 166 000 лв.

След окончателно гласуване на промените и обнародването им в ДВ, новите разпоредби ще бъдат отразени в текста на нормативния акт, достъпен в категория Данъчно законодателство.
