Днес Европейската комисия одобри оперативната програма "Развитие на човешките ресурси", която ще стартира в България за новата финансова рамка 2014 – 2020 г. 

Програмата е съфинансирана от Европейския социален фонд. Осигурените 2135 млн. лв. са предвидени за разкриване на нови работни места, повишаване на квалификацията и подпомагане достъпа до здравеопазване на хората с увреждания. Предвижда се осигуряване на заетост за 28 000 души, подпомагане на 17 000 младежи в намирането на работа, квалификационни мероприятия за около 100 000 души.

Повече от половината от бюджета на оперативната програма е предвиден за разкриването на нови работни места и осигуряване на по-висока и по-качествена заетост. Приоритет са продължително безработните и неактивни лица на възраст между 34-50 г., лицата с ниско образование от всички възрастови групи, както и на лица над 54 г. 

Инвестиции са предвидени и за  подобряване на условията на труд и организацията на труда в предприятията, като стремежът е да бъдат подкрепени компаниите  за адаптиране на човешките ресурси в приоритетни за страната отрасли.

За намаляване на младежката безработица са предвидени около 110 милиона по инициативата „Младежка заетост“ за реализиране на мерки за устойчива интеграция на пазара на труда на младите хора между 15 и 29 г., които не са нито в заетост, нито в образование или обучение.

31% от бюджета на оперативната програма за периода 2014 -2020 г. са предвидени за намаляване на високия риск от бедност и социално изключване. Тези средства ще бъдат насочени  към хората с увреждания, осигуряване на по-високо качество на живот на децата, на маргинализираните общности като ромите. Близо 86 милиона лева ще бъдат използвани за модернизиране на публичните политики в сферата на социалното включване, здравеопазването, недискриминацията, равните възможности и условията на труд.
