България

Като осигурителен ще бъде зачитан стажът на български граждани през времето, в което са работили и са били осигурявани в Бразилия и Тунис. Сред публикуваните днес в интернет страницата на МС решения на правителството е предложението за ратификация на подписаните в края на миналата и началото на тази година спогодби за социална сигурност с двете страни. 

Споразумението, което урежда социалните и пенсионните права на около 2000 българи, живеещи в Базилия и към 600 бразилци в нашата страна, беше подписано  в началото на февруари и ще регулира осигуряването при работа в двете държави, както и реда за отпускане и изплащане на пенсии за осигурителен стаж и възраст, за инвалидност, трудова злополука, професионална болест и наследствени пенсии. Спогодбата за социална сигурност, предоставяща възможност на над 200 българи, работещи или работили през годините в Тунис, да упражнят своите пенсионни права, е подписана на 1 октомври 2015 г. 

Според текстовете на двата документа времето, през което български граждани са били осигурявани в Бразилия и Тунис, ще се зачита за осигурителен стаж. В обхвата на спогодбите попадат всички лица, които са или са били подчинени на законодателството на едната или на двете договарящи страни. Водещ е принципът за еднакво третиране на лицата в съответните държави при сумирането на периодите за осигуряване. Всички, които са работли и са били осигурявани в Бразилия и Тунис преди влизането в сила на спогодбите, също ще могат да се възползват от договорените условия.
