От 1 септември фирмите, отговарящи на определени критерии и класифицирани от данъчните власти като нискорискови, ще могат да се възползват от по-бързо възстановяване на ДДС без предварителнла проверка.

От приходната агенция уточняват, че тази възможност е налична след последните промени в Данъчно-осигурителния процесуален кодекс, с които облекченият ред за възстановяване на подоходен и местен данък може да се прилага и за данъка върху добавената стойност.

За да се възползват фирмите от по-бързото възстановяване на ДДС, те задължително трябва да са посочили в месечната справка-декларация валидна банкова сметка в лева, по която сумата да бъде възстановена. Тъй като почти всички декларации се подават онлайн, от 1 септември в е-услугата за подаване на ДДС документи по интернет ще има възможност в справките-декларации с декларирана сума за възстановяване да се вписва и банкова сметка за превод на средствата, информират от НАП.

В съобщението, публикувано днес в сайта на приходната агенция, се казва още, че възстановяването на ДДС освен по-бързо, ще бъде и без проверка. Това важи само в случаите, когато фирмата е определена от приходната агенция като нискорискова от гледна точка на неспазване на данъчното законодателство. От НАП уточняват, че за да получат очакваните суми по сметките си без предварителна проверка, дружествата трябва да са платили всички свои задължения към бюджета и да няма наличие на данни за участието им в схеми за измами с ДДС. 

От Агенцията информират, че оценката на риска от неспазване на данъчното законодатлество се извършва по утвърдени критерии с различна тежест, които освен че се прилагат автоматично за всички задължени лица, са и служебна тайна.
