В интернет страницата на НАП е публикувано допълнително разяснение по ръководството за деклариране на ДДС по режим за съкратено обслужване на едно гише. 

Целта е да се улеснят доставчиците на далекосъобщителни услуги, услуги по разпространение на радио и телевизия и електронни услуги на крайни потребители, които  ще могат да се регистрират за ползване на специален режим за деклариране чрез информационната система MOSS (Mini-One-Stop-Shop). Заявленията за регистрация ще могат да се подават от 01. 10. 2014 г.  изцяло по електронен път, чрез електронните услуги на НАП. Регистрацията ще влиза в сила от 01.01.2015 г.. Държавата членка, където ще се регистрират доставчиците, се нарича държава членка по идентификация и тя ще бъде единично звено за контакт за идентификация по ДДС, подаване на справки-декларации за ДДС и плащане на дължимия във всички държави членки по потребление ДДС.

За да могат предприятията да се ориентират по-лесно в използването на MOSS и произтичащите от специалната регистрация задължения, са подготвени допълнителни разяснения към практическото ръководство за този режим във връзка с контрола на данните в MOSS.
