Годишните финансови отчети се подават в нови срокове, регламентирани с действащия в момента Закон за счетоводството, напомнят от Агенция по вписванията. 

В съобщението в интернет страницата на институцията е уточнено, че крайните срокове за подаване на годишния финансов отчет и консолидирания финансов отчет,  годишния доклад за дейността и годишния консолидиран доклад за дейността, приети от общото събрание на съдружниците/акционерите или от съответния орган чрез заявяване и представяне за обявяване в Търговския регистър, са както следва:

  • всички търговци по смисъла на Търговския закон – чрез заявяване за вписване и представяне за обявяване в Търговския регистър – в срок до 30.06.2016 г.;
  • останалите предприятия – чрез икономическо издание или чрез интернет – в срок до 30.06.2016 г. Те трябва да осигурят свободен безплатен достъп за период не по-кратък от три години след датата на публикуването и при поискване да предоставят информация за мястото, където са публикувани техните отчети и доклади.

Новите разпоредби са в сила от 1 януари 2016 г. и заместват досегашните срокове, според които едноличните търговци трябваше да подадат отчетите си до 31 май, а всички други търговци по смисъла на Търговския закон - до 31 юли на следващата година.

От Агенция по вписванията обръщат внимание, че според текста на ал. 9 на чл. 38 от Закона за счетоводството /обн., ДВ, бр. 95/08.12.2015 г./ задължения в ал. 1 до 8 не се прилагат за бюджетните предприятия и eдноличните търговци, които не подлежат на задължителен независим финансов одит.

Целта на напомнянето за новите срокове за подаване на годишните финансови отчети е избягване на практиката тази дейност да се извършва в последнкя възможен момент, поясняват от Агенцията.
