Приходната агенция публикува в интернет страницата си становище във връзка с измененията и допълненията, които са направени в Наредбата за обществено осигуряване на самоосигуряващите се лица, българските граждани на работа в чужбина и морските лица с Постановление №199 на Министерския съвет от 7 август 2020 г.

С промените в наредбата отпада изискването за подаване на декларация образец Окд-5 като задължителна предпоставка за запазване на социалното осигуряване на придобилите право на пенсия самоосигуряващи се лица по КСО. За наличие на изрично изразено желание за осигуряване по смисъла на чл. 4, ал. 6 от кодекса се приема факта, че продължава да подаването на данните по чл. 5, ал.  4, т. 1 от КСО. В становището на НАП са разгледани случаите, в които лицата не са прекъсвали трудовата си дейност и осигуряването при пенсиониране, когато това се е случило (прекъснали) и когато започват трудова дейност след като им е отпусната пенсия.
