НОИ: Нови образци на заявления за преизчисляване на отпуснатите с намален индивидуален коефициент пенсии

Във връзка с промените в осигурителното законодателство, приети със Закона за изменение и допълнение на Кодекса за социално осигуряване, НОИ публикува две нови заявления, свързани с преизчисляване на отпуснатите с намален индивидуален коефициент пенсии.

От Националния осигурителен институт поясняват, че съгласно разпоредбите на  § 51, ал.1 от преходните и заключителните разпоредби на КСО, лицата, родени след 31 декември 1959 г., на които е отпусната пенсия от ДОО с начална дата до 31 декември 2015 г. и с намален индивидуален коефициент, могат да поискат преизчисляването ѝ, ако в срок до 31 декември 2016 г. изберат да прехвърлят средствата от индивидуалните си партиди в универсален пенсионен фонд във фонд „Пенсии” на ДОО. В този случай пенсията се преизчислява от първо число на месеца, следващ месеца, през който е направен изборът.

С образец УП-22 се урежда възможността за преизчисляване на отпусната лична пенсия за осигурителен стаж и възраст или пенсия за инвалидност от държавното обществено осигуряване, а с образец УП-22.1 - избоът от страна на лицата средствата от индивидуалната им партида в универсален пенсионен фонд да бъдат прехвърлени във фонд „Пенсии” на държавното обществено осигуряване. 

Новите образци на на заявленията могат да бъдат намерени в рубриката За потребителя→Формуляри→Формуляри и образци за пенсии в интернет страницата на НОИ, както и в прикачените по-долу файлове.

Заявленията се подават в териториалното поделение на НОИ лично или от упълномощено лице с нотариално заверено пълномощно.
