Новите декларации за облагане на доходите през 2016 г. са публикувани в сайта на НАП

Приходната агенция публикува новите годишни данъчни декларции за облагане на доходите на физическите лица и за корпоративни данъци за 2016 г.

В интернет страницата на НАП вече са достъпни новите образци на подоходните декларации, информират от институцията и напомнят, че физическите лица трябва да подадат формуляра до 2 май 2017 г., а фирмите - 31 март 2017 г.

Отстъпката от дължимия данък, която могат да ползват физическите лица, е 5% (но не повече от 1000 лв.), като за целта трябва да декларират доходите си по електронен път до края на март. Допълнително условие е и да нямат подлежащи на принудително изпълнение публични задължения към момента на подаване на декларацията, както и да внесат целия дължим данък в срок до 2 май 2017 г.

Корпоративни данъци могат да бътдат намалени с 1 % (не повече от 1000 лв.) ако бъдат декларирани онлайн и внесени до 31 март.

Декларациите за облагане на доходите на физическите лица са достъпни за изтегляне в интернет страницата на НАП - За гражданите » Данъци » Документи-данъци » Закон за данъците върху доходите на физическите лица. В същата рубрика е публикувана и Справка за окончателния размер на осигурителния доход за 2016 г. (Таблици №1 и 2 и указания за попълването им).

На 12.01.2017 г. в интернет страницата на приходната агенция е публикувана и декларацията за облагане на доходите на физическите лица с баркод. Формулярът изчислява автоматично дължимия данък след попълване на информация за получените доходи, внесените осигурителни вноски, ползваните облекчения.

Новите корпоративни данъчни декларации могат да бъдат намерени в рубриката За бизнеса » Данъци » Документи - данъци » Закон за корпоративното подоходно облагане.

Актуализирани към дата 28.12.2016 г. са и декларациите по чл.259, чл.252, чл.219, чл.246 и чл.239 от ЗКПО.

На 18.01.2017 г. НАП публикува и формулярите за облагане с корпоративен данък с баркод.

Новите образци на годишните данъчни декларации за облагане на доходите през 2016 г. могат да бъдат изтеглени и от прикачените по-долу файлове.
