От приходната агенция ще организират проверки в цялата страна, обект на които този път са търговците на цветя на едро.

От НАП обясняват, че целенасочените проверки и наблюдения се извършват за втора поредна година, като резултатът от миналогодишната акция е установени допълнително 2,1 млн. лв. задължения на търговци към хазната. 

Според данните на анализаторите бюджетът губи средно за година по 6,9 млн. лв. от непостъпили ДДС и преки данъци от дейността в сектора на търговията с цветя и растения. Според изчисленията на експертите от НАП най-голяма е щетата за бюджета по Закона за данък върху добавената стойност – 4,4 млн. лв., следват загубите по Закона за корпоративното подоходно облагане – 1,6 млн. лв., както и по Закона за данъците върху доходите на физическите лица - 953 хил. лв. В доклада на Агенцията се посочва, че през анализирания период 2008 г.-2010 г. рискът се е проявил при 1 231 задължени лица, които представляват 54,54% от всички 2 257 лица, осъществявали доставки с цветя и растения тогава.

От НАП подчертават, че оперативните проверки, които ще се извършват в цялата страна, са част от цялостна програма за повлияване на риска от укриване на печалби и намаляване на щетите за бюджета.
