От приходната агенция започват проверки на всички издатели на централни печатни издания. Ревизиите обхващат периода на последните 5 години, като ще се проследява спазването на всички данъчни и осигурителните закони, съобщават от НАП.

Причината за масовите проверки е доклад за данъчните рискове, изготвен през юни тази година, според който съществува риск от избягване на облагане в сектора на издателите на печатни издания. Голяма част от издателските компании не са ревизирани от години и имат просрочени задължения към държавата, допълват от данъчната администрация. След изготвянето на подобен анализ и по отношение на електронните издания, съществува вероятност да бъдат напарвени проверки и на дружествата, които управляват онлайн издания. 

От НАП подчертават, че ревизиите не са свързани с редакционната политика на изданията, а са част от рутинната практика за оценка на риска от избягване на облагане и контрол по спазването на законодателството.
