От началото на седмицата функционира услугата на НАП, която позволява да бъдат подадени годишните декларации за облагането с корпоративен данък и по електронен път.

Според данните на приходната агенция от възможността да подадат корпративните си данъчни декларации чрез интернет са се възползвали до момента 1 278 фирми, като най-много са от София - 325, следвани от Пловдив - 164.

От НАП напомнят, че срокът за подаване на годишните декларации за облагане с корпоративни данъци е 31 март 2016 г. До тогава трябва да бъде платен и дължимият корпоративен данък, изчислен след приспадане на направените авансови вноски. Спазването на този срок е задължително, за да могат да се възползват фирмите от 1% отстъпка от данъка (но не повече от 1000 лв) при подаване на декларациите по електронен път.  

Задълженията към хазната могат да бъдат погасени по банков път с вносна бележка за плащане към бюджета, с пощенски запис или чрез интернет.

Новата годишна данъчна декларация по чл. 92 от ЗКПО за данъчния финансов резултат и дължимия годишен корпоративен данък за 2015 г. с приложения, както и образец за лицата, неизвършвали дейност през 2015 г. (обр. 1010а )могат да бъдат намерени и тук заедно с указанията за попълването и подаването им: Нови годишни данъчни декларации за 2016 г. за корпоративни данъци.
