Проект за промени в Наредба Н-18 предлага удължаване на срока, в който лицата, използващи ЕСФП, трябва да приведат дейността си в съответствие с нормативните разпоредби, до 31 юли 2019 г.

Според сега действащите регламенти, задължените лица трябваше да изпълнят изискванията на наредбата до края на юни.

В мотивите към проекта на Наредба за изменение и допълнение на Наредбата за изменение и допълнение на Наредба № Н-18 от 2006 г. е посочено, че предложенията за промени са направени след проведена среща в Министерство на финансите в отговор на изказаните от представителите на бизнеса опасения, че определените към момента срокове са твърде кратки и ще предизвикат затруднения при спазването им.

Законодателната инициатива предвижда до привеждането в съответствие лицата да прилагат досегашния ред за регистриране и отчитане на продажбите в търговските обекти, когато имат:

1. сключен договор за внедряване на ЕСФП от одобрен след 1 април 2019 г. тип,

и

2. изготвен график за внедряване по обекти, които са предоставени по електронен път на НАП до 31 юли 2019 г. 

В тези случаи срокът за привеждане в съответствие с изискванията на наредбата е 30 септември 2019 г.
